1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MF Golf website and services. By making a booking or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

MF Golf is operated by MF Golf, located at Route de Pomarez, 40330 Amou, France.

2. Services

MF Golf provides the following services:

• Golf Simulator Sessions: Access to our TrackMan golf simulator with 450+ courses
• Golf Coaching: Professional coaching with Myles Foster using advanced analysis equipment

2.1 Service Availability

Our facilities are open 7 days a week, from 8:00 to 20:30. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or suspended for maintenance or other operational reasons.

3. Bookings

3.1 Making a Booking

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. When making a booking, you must provide accurate contact information and select your preferred date, time, and service type.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your confirmation details and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

3.3 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.

Current prices:

• Golf Simulator: 15 EUR per person
• Golf Coaching (1 hour): 45 EUR
• Golf Coaching (2 hours): 85 EUR

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund
• No-show: No refund

To cancel a booking, please contact us by email at contact@mfgolf.fr or by phone.

4.2 Cancellations by MF Golf

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff illness, force majeure). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4.3 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, and no refund will be provided for lost time.

5.2 Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat staff and other customers with respect
• Follow all safety instructions provided
• Use equipment only as intended and directed
• Not bring food or drinks into the simulator area without permission
• Wear appropriate footwear (no outdoor golf shoes with metal spikes)

5.3 Equipment

You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. Clubs are available for use if you do not bring your own.

5.4 Age Requirements

Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Coaching sessions for minors require parental consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Physical Activity

Golf is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By using our facilities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. We recommend consulting a physician if you have any health concerns.

6.2 Personal Property

MF Golf is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Please keep valuables secure.

6.3 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate simulator data and professional coaching, we do not guarantee specific results or improvements in your golf game. Coaching advice is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional athletic training.

6.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MF Golf or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dax, France.
